ALL REFUNDS WOULD BE IN FORM OF CREDIT VOUCHER CODE ONLY. (this includes Prepaid as well as COD orders)

A canceled order within 24 hours will result in a credit voucher code for future purchase. During peak periods such as Sales or Festive periods, processing returns may be slightly delayed. Products purchased during or on Sale will NOT be eligible for refunds At no point in time, we would issue refunds, more than the product value. The different types of information we collect: Website visitor information: To log in the customer needs to enter his/ her name, email address. Or sign up by Facebook or Google. Personal information is collected from website visitors’ computers or mobile/tablet devices. End-user information: End-users information while billing like name, number, email address, country, state, city, zip code, address, and payment details.
