What can I return?

  • You may return any item purchased from AARI that is unused, in new condition, or any item that was damaged upon receipt.
  • Customized styles and blouses are non-returnable.
  • Sale products are non-returnable.
  • Made to measurement garments cannot be returned.

Who pays for shipping if I have to return?

  • Shipping is free but only in India
  • For orders delivered in US – Reverse pick up charges – $50Per Item
  • Customers will be responsible to ship the product back to us with tracking details at info@aariindia.com
  • Customers will be liable to pay the return shipping and customs charges which are non-refundable (if not in the US).

Are there any duties and taxes?

  • For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of GST
  • For customers outside India, duties are not included in the price. Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, or local/VAT taxes. AARI will not reimburse these expenses. It is necessary to pay these in order to release your order from customs.

When will I get my refund?

  • We will gladly exchange or give store credit. No cash Refund.
  • Store Credit validity is “6 months”. This can be used in our physical stores as well as online.
  • Store credit is not applicable in stores in the sale period / promotional products. 

How can I claim my return?

  • For returns/exchanges requests kindly login to your account, click “My Returns/ Exchanges” 

(Create My Return/Exchange column) and select the order number and place a request (check the steps to claim at the bottom). Our Service Manager will revert back to you within 24 hours’ time.

  • You can also return/exchange at our store in Mumbai, India. 

How much time does the refund take?

  • Refunds are processed once the product is delivered back to our warehouse and the quality check is done.
  • Refunds usually take 8-10 working days.

Can I return to the store and get it exchanged?

  • Yes, you can return to the store and get it exchanged. You will need to raise a return/exchange request on the website
  • Can products purchased online be picked up in store? 

Yes, products purchased online can be picked up at our store located in Mumbai. One should intimate us the exact date when they need to pick up, so accordingly, we can arrange in store.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

  • Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed and the acknowledgment has been sent.
