RETURN, EXCHANGE, ALTERATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
At Aari, each outfit is crafted with precision, care, and detailed finishing. Given the nature of our production and processes, we follow a structured policy to ensure clarity and consistency for every order.
Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
- Cancellation requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances
- Once the order moves into processing or production, it cannot be cancelled
2. Returns & Refunds
We follow a strict NO RETURN and NO REFUND policy.
- Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be returned or refunded
- This applies to all products, including ready-to-ship and made-to-order items
- Refunds will only be processed in the rare case of a confirmed payment failure or order cancellation initiated by Aari
3. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on any products.
- Products cannot be exchanged for a different size, colour, or design after purchase
- Customers are advised to review product details carefully before placing an order
For any sizing concerns, we provide alteration support as outlined below.
4. Alteration Support
We offer assistance for size-related concerns under the following conditions:
- If your outfit does not fit as expected, you may send it back to us for alterations
- The garment must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags intact
- The request for alteration must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the outfit
- It is mandatory to share a clear video explaining the required alterations so our team can accurately understand the changes needed
- Customers are required to reach out to us on WhatsApp at +91 9930617574 with complete details along with the alteration video for faster processing
5. Alteration Process
- Customers must ship the outfit to our store address for alterations
- Once received, our team will inspect the garment and proceed with feasible adjustments
- After alterations are completed, the outfit will be shipped back to you
Please note:
- To-and-fro shipping costs for alterations will be borne by the customer
- Timelines for alterations may vary depending on the complexity of the request
6. Alteration Scope
- Only size-related adjustments will be considered
- No design changes or structural modifications will be undertaken
- In case the outfit is tight, loosening will be subject to margin availability within the garment
- Requests beyond feasible alteration limits may not be accommodated
7. Damaged or Incorrect Product
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- An unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any such claim
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
Once the case is reviewed thoroughly, we will fix the outfit or replace it, as deemed appropriate.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
8. Colour & Product Variations
- Slight variations in colour, texture, or embroidery may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings
- Such variations are not considered defects and will not qualify for returns, exchanges, or alterations
9. Custom Orders
For customised or personalised outfits:
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances
- Alterations will be limited strictly to feasible size adjustments
