At Aari, all our outfits are carefully crafted and dispatched with utmost attention to quality and detail.
Order Processing Time:
- Made-to-order products are processed within 10–25 working days.
- Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 2–5 working days.
Shipping Time:
- Domestic shipping (within India): 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- International shipping: 5–10 working days after dispatch (may vary based on location and customs).
Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email/WhatsApp.
Delays:
- While we strive to deliver within the promised timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistics issues, customs clearance, or peak seasons.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, taxes, and other local government fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charges at checkout and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
- To help avoid delays and ensure smooth delivery, the shipping carrier (including FedEx, where applicable) may advance customs duties and taxes to local authorities on the customer’s behalf to facilitate customs clearance and timely delivery. Any such charges advanced by the carrier must be reimbursed by the customer upon request. Failure to settle applicable duties, taxes, or carrier advancement charges may result in additional fees, future shipping restrictions, or collection processes in accordance with the carrier’s and local customs policies.
