At Aari, all our outfits are crafted with precision and care, with most pieces being made-to-order.

Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no return and no refund policy.


Size & Fit Assistance (Alterations)

If you receive an outfit that does not fit properly, we offer alteration support under the following conditions:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The outfit must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
  • Customers are required to send the outfit back to us for alterations.

Important:

  • A clear video explaining the required alterations must be shared with us for better understanding.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
  • Our team will review the case and assist accordingly.

Non-Eligibility for Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Minor colour variations due to lighting or screen differences
  • Slight irregularities in handwork or fabric, which are natural to handcrafted products
  • Orders where the customer has provided incorrect measurements

Shipping for Alterations

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for alterations.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We will ship the altered outfit back to you after completion.
