This website is operated by Aari. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Aari. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including any additional policies referenced herein.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

  1. Products & Services

All our products are either made-to-order or ready-to-ship, as specified on the product page.

  • Made-to-order products are specially crafted upon order confirmation

  • Ready-to-ship products may still undergo finishing and alterations before dispatch

We strive to display colours and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

  1. Pricing & Payments

Prices may be displayed in your local currency based on your location and geotagging features on the website. However, all transactions are processed in INR (₹) at checkout.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify product prices at any time without prior notice

  • Refuse or cancel orders in case of incorrect pricing or payment issues

Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept secure payments through trusted payment gateways integrated into our website.

  1. Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received

  • In case of any discrepancy, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund

  1. Customisation & Measurements

For customised orders:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements

  • We are not liable for fitting issues arising due to incorrect measurements provided

We may offer guidance for measurements, but final responsibility lies with the customer.

  1. Alterations Policy

All orders (ready-to-ship and made-to-order) may require minor finishing or alterations before dispatch.

In case of size-related concerns:

  • Customers may send the outfit back to us for alterations

  • The cost of shipping for sending and returning the outfit will be borne by the customer

No design or structural changes will be undertaken during alterations. In case the outfit is tight, loosening will be subject to margin availability within the garment.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

We offer both domestic and international shipping.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the product type and location

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistics issues, customs clearance, or natural disruptions

Aari is not liable for delays once the order has been dispatched.

  1. International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in their country

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities

  1. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We follow a strict NO RETURN and NO REFUND policy.

  • Exchanges are not permitted

  • Only size-related alteration assistance is provided as per our Alterations Policy

All content on this website, including images, designs, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Aari and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
